Takes a couple times to get through; it’s usually busy…keep trying and let it ring long (they pick up late)

They don’t test for ureaplasma (send you to your gyno; but not all will test for that; try a urologist);

Opening times are very different during the week. Calling is only possible during opening times (which is not clear from their website).

They called a bunch of times but somehow always during closing hours bc the opening hours differ so much.

When opened at 12, they called at 12:01 and it was already busy. Tried 11 times until i reached someone around 1211.

Person who answered seemed quite stressed/hectic. She asked when my last “risky” “ungeschützter” sex was - I said 3 weeks (true) and she wanted to say something but I immediately followed with “but my partner got tested positive for urea plasma”. She was able to offer me 1 appt for 9 days later. I couldnt take it. She said to call again on monday.

Overall: not super warm intro into needing a test. Did it get me what i needed? Sort of. If you know what you need and how to ask for it, youll get it. But without that knowledge I assume I wouldve gotten turned down.
