I called and they told me they don't make appointments over the phone. Instead they told me to email them. I emailed and they wrote a long email back about how I should go to a regular doctor if I have European insurance. They do say if I am high risk for an STI OR don't have insurance that I should call again. However, my friend told me that she called and said she is a sex worker and they also didn't offer an appointment. She decided to go there in person to get one.

Little waiting time, testing is mainly for symptom free people. Free for low income (also for students), otherwise it's 10€ cash. Friendly, open minded social worker took me in for a few questions to determine the best testing methods for my case. Then the doctor also taught me about certain testing methods and also some safer sex and safer use methods. I could choose to do all the swabs by myself or let the doc do it. Results came a week later via e-mail.
